homes for the Denver and Jefferson County Boards of Realtors accredited continuing education
programs.
- Appeared on HGTV as the home inspector of a 1898 house for first time buyers. After
the buyers initially walking away due to structural and electrical problems.
They finally ended up getting the home for $25,000 less than they originally offered.

- Primary co-author of the Rocky Mountain Chapter of
the American Society of Home Inspectors "Standards of Practice."
- Approved by HUD and on Federal Lenders List to do
structural, plumbing, electrical, heating, & roofing certifications and
home inspections for 203 K loans.
- Became ASHI, (The American Society of Home
Inspectors) Certified Inspector #810 in 1987. Two terms as Vice-President of
the Rocky Mountain Chapter of the American Society of Home Inspectors.
- Graduated from the Institute Of Construction, and
completed the Real Estate Course at Johns Hopkins University.
