Professional Accomplishments

Inspected over 7,000 homes since starting Professional Home Inspections, Inc. in 1985.
Uses a laptop computer and voice recognition software to produce detailed, easy to understand, printed inspection reports on site since 1998.
Tom has taught 100's of Realtors about radiation and inspecting older homes for the Denver and Jefferson County Boards of Realtors accredited continuing education programs.
Appeared on HGTV as the home inspector of a 1898 house for first time buyers. After the buyers initially walking away due to structural and electrical problems. They finally ended up getting the home for $25,000 less than they originally offered.
